 Jeevan Bikash Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha IPO Issue is in SEBON’s  pipeline 

Jeevan Bikash Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd has submitted an application to the SEBON (Security Board Of Nepal) for IPO issue on the date of  2077 Falgun 17. The company is going to issue 19,77,300 units IPO share to Public worth Nrs. 197,730,000.




The company has been appointed to NMB Capital Ltd for IPO issuance ( IPO Issue Manager). Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha was called Second Annual General Meeting on the date 2077/09/08 to discuss and get approval of the IPO Issue.

Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national level financial institution promoted through the microfinance program run by Jeevan Bikas Samaj (NGO). This financial institution started financial transactions from 16th March, 2075 after obtaining permission from Nepal Rastra Bank.



 Moving forward with the main objective of "Poverty Free Nepal", this financial institution has been providing financial and non-financial services to 293,000 families through 138 branches to uplift the living standards of the deprived, marginalized and backward classes.

The Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) has given permission to Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha ltd to issue primary shares (IPO) to the public. Microfinance has been given permission to issue IPO on 2078/02/30 i.e. June 12.


Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta has been allowed to issue 1,977,300 shares worth Rs. 197.73 million. After the IPO, the company's paid-up capital will reach Rs 608.4 million.

ICRA Nepal has given ‘ICRNP-IR BBB (Triple B) rating to the IPO to be launched by microfinance. This indicates an average risk of fulfilling obligations on time.
