The IPO issued by Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) / (Shrijanshil Microfinance Financial Institution Limited) is going to be distributed on Monday. The sales manager, Sunrise Capital, is going to distribute the shares on Monday, September 12th at 10 am at the capital's office.

The company has issued 3 lakh 93 thousand 750 shares worth 3 crore 93 lakh 75 thousand rupees. Out of which 5 thousand 470 shares were allocated for the employees of the company and 19 thousand 690 shares were allocated for collective investment funds. Common people have applied for the remaining 368 thousand 590 shares. When applying, there was a system that could be given for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1000 shares. Sunrise Capital is the sales manager for the share issue.
The Nepal Securities Board has granted permission to the company for share issue on 03rd August. The registered office of this company is located at Golbazar 7, Chorhawa, Siraha, which has received a "D" class license from Nepal Rastra Bank.

Sagarmatha Hydropower Company Limited and Mai Khola Hydropower Limited have applied to the Nepal Securities Board seeking permission for IPO issue. Sagarmatha applied to the board on August 9, while Maikhola applied on August 22.
Sagarmatha has requested permission to issue 5.488 thousand shares worth a total of Rs. Similarly, Maikhola has requested permission to issue 19 lakh 21 thousand 568 shares worth 19 crore 21 lakh 56 thousand 800 rupees.
Prabhu Capital is the sales manager for both companies.
Everest is generating electricity after completing the construction of the 9.6 MW Super My A hydroelectric project at Mykhola in Ilam. Similarly, Maikhola Hydro has completed the construction of a 4.5 megawatt project in Maikhola in Ilam and is producing electricity.

The company’s core business is Hydropower development, managing comprehensive management of study to carry out a feasibility study to determine the technical feasibility and financial viability of the Hydropower Project, which will be interconnected with the Integrated Nepal Power System (INPS). The study report can be used as a basis for concluding the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), for obtaining the generation license from DOED and for funding arrangement of the project. The main tasks carried out during the field investigations are topographical survey and mapping of the project area, surface geological mapping, and hydrological survey. The main outcome of the study incorporates the general arrangement of project structures including feasibility level design and drawings and power and energy computation from the project.
