In Ruru hydropower IPO issue, about 16 lakh 69 thousand 19 applicants applied to purchase of 23.3 million 90 thousand 90 units of shares. Which is 61.68 times more than the shares issued by the company to the public. According to this, preliminary data shows that about 98 percent of the investors who apply for the company's IPO are empty-handed.
