The distribution of ordinary shares (IPO) issued by Rastra Utthan Laghubitta to the public will allotment within this Friday ie; 20 Falgun, 2078. Update: Due to technical reasons IPO Result of NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta has been postponed until Tuesday.)

 Global IME Capital Limited, the sales manager of the company's share issue, has informed that the IPO, which was opened from 2022 February 23 to 27, is scheduled to be distributed before Friday.

 As there are more applications than demand for the shares of the company, the shares will be distributed through round robin as per the Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive.  Accordingly, out of the eligible applicants, only 77 thousand 456 people will get shares at the rate of minimum 10 lots.

NESDO Laghubitta IPO Result

The company had issued 828,750 units IPO worth Rs 82,875,000.  Out of the total issued shares, 5 percent or 41,437 unit shares have been allotted to the mutual fund and 0.5 percent or 12,750 shares to the employees of the company. And remain 774,563 shares was to the public.

 Besides, the general public has applied for 774,563 shares.  The company's IPO received 38.87 times more or 30,113,700 shares.

 77,456 applicants will get shares at the ratio of 10 units and among them 3 applicants will get 11 units shares through round robin. Looking at the data, it seems that only 1 in 60 applicants have the probability of being allotted 10 units.
