Singati  Hydro Energy Limited IPO Issue



Singati Hydro Energy Ltd is going to issue IPO share from Magh 04, 2077 (ie; 16 Jan 2021). Singati Hydropower energy ltd (SHEL) has got approval from SEBON for issuing 14,500,000 units share IPO to project effected Local people.

Singati Hydropower has appointed to Mega Capital markets Ltd as an IPO share issue manager.

Singti Hydro Energy Limited is going to issue ordinary shares for the project affected people from January 16, 2021. The company, Singati Hydro Energy Ltd  will sell the shares to the public after the distribution of the shares.

Residents of Bigu and Kalinchok villages in the most affected areas of Dolakha will get the shares to be issued from 16 Jan 2021 to 31 Jan 2021. The company is going to issue 1.45 million shares at the rate of Rs 100 for them. Applications for the shares can be submitted till January .

A minimum of 10 lots and a maximum of 200,000 lots can be applied for the shares. The company is developing a 25 MW project. Its cost per MW is Rs. 220 million.

The chairman of the company is Batu Lamichhane. He is currently promoting other projects as well. Ganesh Karki is the executive director of the project. Dolma Lamini, Narendra Ballabh Pant, Deves Prasai, Sudipraj Prasai and Rajni Thapa are the directors.

Singati Hydro Energy Pvt. Ltd was established under the company Act 2063, in 2067 to develop the Singati Khola Hydropower Project, Dolakha.

The company was previously managed another management team. New management team is managing the company since 2069. Right now there are six members in the board of directors under the chairmanship of Mr. Batu Lamichhane.

As the company is currently developing the Singati Khola Hydropower Project (25 MW) capacity, widely known as super six project the Company using the service of other individuals, consultants, which are specialist in their field. They are available to the company as and when required for consultation, in order to ensure that the company’s progress. WELINK Associates Pvt. About Project

The design discharge of the Singati Khola Hydropower Project is 11.3 m3/sec .The total headrace tunnel length of the project is 5824m & 719 m of penstock pipe. The headworks & about 4.8 km length of tunnel of the project is located on the Babare VDC of Dolakha district, whereas all other project components including about 1 km tunnel lies in Lamidanda VDC. Access road to headworks passes through Laduk & Chilankha VDC. The project is a run-of-river type having the capacity of 25 MW.
